Suzy Koontz, the Founder and CEO of Learn Thru Movement, an actuary, an educational consultant, a math teacher and the creator of Math and Movement, Movement and Literacy and over 150 kinesthetic teaching tools. 

Creating a Culture of Math Literate "Yaysayers"

Implementing brain-based strategies are key to taklng the school-wide culture of "math-naysayers" and converting it to a culture of "I can learn math" or "math-yaysayers". Suzy Koontz will share about her travels across the country to bring positive thinking and very fun, rigorous, intentional math practice into our schools.
